Summer in the mountains

In summer the Zell am See-Kaprun region shows its full range: glacier, mountains and the lake are only minutes apart. Trails and viewpoints start practically at the front door, and the Kitzsteinhorn is a few minutes from Chalet Kaprun. The Zell am See Summer Card for cable cars, boat trips and lidos is waiting at check-in.

This beautifully appointed chalet, furnished with great attention to detail, comprises 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2 guest WCs. Spread across two floors, it offers around 180 sqm of living space for up to 10 guests. The interior, with its refined chalet ambience, features many Austrian natural materials such as reclaimed wood and wood carvings. Including the private terrace, the total area is approximately 210 sqm, set on a hillside plot of around 1,000 sqm.
