The newly designed hunting chalet is located on the sunny side of Kaprun-Süd at 880 meters above sea level, in a quiet, exposed location, surrounded by detached country houses. Due to the hillside location, there is a beautiful view of the Kaprun valley floor and the nearby Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

The beautiful chalet, furnished with attention to detail, consisting of 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms, offers approx. 180 square meters of space for 10 people and extends over two floors. The equipment in the noble chalet ambience was designed using many Austrian natural materials such as old wood and wood carvings. The total area with private terraces is about 210 sqm. The mountain property is approximately 1,000 square meters.

Summer in the mountains

In summer, the Zell am See-Kaprun region shows off its full diversity: between the glacier, mountains and lake, there are plenty of winter activities to delight you. The peaks and viewpoints can be conquered on foot or on skis. The Kitzsteinhorn is in close proximity to Chalet Kaprun.
