Ten people, one house, no hotel corridor in between: Chalet Kaprun is built for groups, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and shared spaces that earn the name, from the big kitchen to the hunting parlour to the sauna. Friends' reunion, ski group, team trip or three generations on holiday: one person plans, everyone stays together.
The group house in detail
Around 180 m² of living space (210 m² with the terraces) hold 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, enough for ten adults not to queue in the morning. The heart of the house is shared: the fully equipped kitchen for cooking evenings, the hunting parlour for long discussions and game nights, the Finnish sauna with its own outdoor area for recovery after the mountain. Outside: terraces and 1,000 m² of grounds on Kaprun's sunny side.
What groups do in Kaprun
Summer
Shared summits on the Kitzsteinhorn, a reservoir day with the dam-wall via ferrata for the brave, rafting on the Salzach, golf five kilometres from the house. With the Summer Card that every guest receives at check-in, the big sights are already paid for.
Winter
408 kilometres of slopes with the Ski ALPIN CARD, gondola access from the village centre, tobogganing on the floodlit Köhlergraben run in the evening and the sauna at home afterwards.
Team building & companies

Self-catering made easy
Self-catering here doesn't mean going without: the supermarket is 2 kilometres away, restaurants the same, and the bakery run works by bike. The kitchen manages a dinner for ten without improvising, and if you'd rather be cooked for, we help organise it, from catering to a guided cooking event.

The chalet is booked as a whole: one price for the house instead of ten separate bills. That keeps the per-head costs predictable and the organisation simple. One person enquires, everyone moves in. How many people does the house sleep?
Up to 10 guests in 6 bedrooms. Smaller groups book the whole house too and simply gain space.
How are the bedrooms laid out?
6 bedrooms on around 180 m², plus 3 bathrooms. We match the exact allocation to your group when you enquire.
Does the chalet work for company events?
Yes, team building, incentives and coaching formats have their own programme here, including the hunting parlour as a meeting room with character.
Self-catering or catering?
Both work: the kitchen is built for groups, and on request we organise support, from catering to a guided cooking event.
How far is it to the slopes?
2.5 kilometres to the Maiskogelbahn, from there via the K-onnection up to the Kitzsteinhorn. Ski rental and schools sit right at the valley station.
Are there group discounts at the sights?
Yes, the reservoirs for instance from 15 people. More relevant in summer is the Summer Card: it applies per guest and covers the big sights completely.
Does every guest get a Summer Card?
Yes, as an official partner we hand the card to every person at check-in, from 15 May to 31 October.
